Stage 1 Building Empathy

We went down to places around in Sengkang, and interviewed 30 cleaners in 2 days to find out about their jobs.

Stage 2 Ideas and Innovation

After the interview for Stage 1, we found out that the jobs of cleaners are tough and tiring, thus we want to raise awareness on their jobs and also let the public show their appreciation to them. We went down to Sengkang again, and asked 100 residents to write down some messages for the cleaners.
