About the organisation:

Founded by Metropolitan YMCA, MY World Preschool has a proven track record of nurturing preschool children since 1980. We bring quality child care and preschool education within the reach of today’s families, with a strong emphasis on character development and values.

Tuning in Activity

This activity will help us bond with the children and also allow the children to warm up to us.

Skit / Storytelling

This activity will allow us to teach the children about keeping the environment clean through the interactive skit and afterwards, the small group storytelling

Art & Craft By allowing the children to create their own creations out of recycled materials, they will be able to realise that used items still have uses. This will cause them to be mindful of what they discard, and cause them to inculcate a habit of recycling from a young age. The objects the children have created will also be sold at the school’s fundraising event.

Games + Reference Check This will allow the children to apply the values and lesson learnt from the stories, thus letting them have a more in-depth understanding
